Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your coin package purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund: 1. Contact us at info@khotoh.sa with your purchase details 2. Include your transaction ID or receipt 3. Explain the reason for your refund request Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note: - Refunds are only available for coin package purchases - Refunds cannot be issued for coins that have already been spent - Refund eligibility is subject to review

1. Who We Are (Merchant Disclosure)

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Khotoh LTD (شركة خطوة تقدم المحدودة), a company in Saudi Arabia, with its principal place of business in Khobar, Saudi Arabia (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Service name: Laka3a (لَكَعَة) Type: Multiplayer party game with in-app virtual coins. 2. Definitions

“App” means Laka3a on mobile and any related web experience. “Services” means the App, game rooms, features, support, and any related pages. “Coins” means virtual in-app credits used to start game sessions or access certain features. “Purchase” means buying coin packages using approved payment methods. “Content” includes text, images, messages, and any user-submitted input inside the App.

3. Acceptance and Updates

By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

4. Eligibility and Age

You must be at least 17 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are a parent or legal guardian, you are responsible for supervising your child’s device use and purchases.

5. Accounts, Security, and Responsibility

You are responsible for: - Keeping your device and login method secure - All activity under your account - Ensuring your information is accurate If you suspect unauthorized access, contact Support immediately.

6. Virtual Coins (Important Rules)

Coins are virtual items used inside Laka3a only. - Coins have no cash value and are not a bank account or stored value - Coins are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or traded outside the App - We may add, remove, or adjust coin packages, pricing, and promotions at any time - Promotional or bonus coins may have different conditions and may not be refundable Game session cost: currently 10 coins per game (subject to change in the App).

7. Purchases, Payments, and Delivery

Purchases are processed through trusted payment channels and providers. Supported payment methods are displayed inside the App before purchase. Delivery of coins: - Coins are delivered digitally (typically instantly after successful payment) - If coins are not delivered within a reasonable time, contact Support with your receipt or transaction reference Receipts and invoices: You will receive an electronic receipt/confirmation that is saveable and includes key purchase details (total price, payment arrangement, and delivery details where applicable).

8. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

Refund policy (Coins): You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you did not use the coins and did not receive benefit from the service. If coins were spent, we cannot refund the spent portion. How to request a refund: - Submit a request through the in-app Support/Complaints page, or email info@khotoh.sa - Include your transaction ID/receipt and the account identifier used in the App Processing: - We aim to review refund requests and respond with a decision within the published support timelines in the App - Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible Promotions: - Free coins, bonus coins, and promotional packages are generally not refundable Chargebacks: If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend the account while we investigate. We may also remove coins credited from the disputed transaction.

9. Complaints and Support (Response Times)

We provide Support and a Complaints channel inside the App and on our official contact points. Response and resolution times: - Complaint acknowledgment: within 24 hours - Initial response: within 2 business days - Target resolution: within 7 business days (or we will provide a progress update) We provide support in Arabic and English. Complaint submission is available in Arabic.

10. Acceptable Use and Fair Play

You agree not to: - Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate game outcomes - Harass, threaten, or abuse others - Post unlawful, hateful, or discriminatory content - Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Services - Use automated scripts/bots to access or affect gameplay - Misuse refunds, chargebacks, or promotions We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited behavior.

11. User-Generated Content

If the Services allow you to submit content, you keep ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and process that content solely to operate, improve, and secure the Services. You are responsible for your content and must ensure you have the rights to submit it.

12. Intellectual Property

The App, design, gameplay, code, trademarks, and all related materials are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works except as allowed by law or written permission.

13. Privacy and Marketing Preferences

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not use your personal data for marketing without appropriate consent where required. You can request to stop promotional messages and you can close your account through the settings/support flows available in the App.

14. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party platforms (payment providers, app stores, analytics, cloud services). Their terms and policies may apply in addition to ours. We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party services outside our control.

15. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, including coin packages, pricing, and promotions.

16. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant purchase in the 12 months before the claim.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
